Thank you so much for checking out my site! I hope you have fun scrolling around to learn how I can support you on your journey of reclaiming your voice. Whether that’s through singing, speaking, or strange noises, I’m here to help you unpack trauma and conditioning that holds you back so you can blossom into your most expressed self. I also facilitate events, bringing live music to big life moments like weddings, memorials, and birthdays.

Ok - so onto formalities: I’m Lauren Arrow, and I’ve been helping people since 2012 to access their full range of voice and expression. I incorporate practices that span across depth psychology, improvisation, trauma-informed group work, music theory, meditation, and more.

Since my own healing journey around my voice (did you know I was terrified to sing and share my voice most of my life?), I’ve been singing with people all over the world and love every second of it.

Some of the greatest transformations I’ve facilitated have allowed people to start untangling fears that have always held them back and have witnessed them singing when the mood hits, sharing songs with friends, writing their own songs and even performing and recording. It is my deepest joy to watch folks embody and bloom into the song they are here to sing.

Do you have a desire to dive into your creativity to share in a soul-centered group that prioritizes your heart songs AND upholds cultural song sharing integrity?

Vocal Mentorship

I offer one-on-one vocal mentorship for personal and intimate deep-dives.  We’ll chat and set up a dedicated 4–5 month container to work together.
