About me

Lauren Arrow is a queer Jewitch Songtender and founder of ProcessSING, a project helping people reclaim their voices through trauma-informed singing, creativity, and messy group expression.

She’s based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Lauren’s story

After overcoming a debilitating fear of singing and sharing her voice, since 2012 she has dedicated her life to holding trauma-informed singing circles, helping people reclaim their voices and embrace their creativity and musicality through her organization, ProcessSING.

Lauren facilitates everything from intimate singing retreats to song festivals, absurdist political ritual theater, and everything in between. She lives for the magic of group singing and knows her job is done when people cry, dance - or both (simultaneously?)

She is the founder of The Big Effin’ Sing, serves as the Cantorial Soloist at Chochmat HaLev, and a billion other things that are constantly changing and don’t work well to share on webpages because she doesn’t want to be constantly updating stuff. She's also currently writing "Project 2025: The Musical!" on all Meta platforms.
